The company is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a focus on Employee Central Integration.
The role involves working on complex integration projects within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
The consultant will guide customer projects from analysis to implementation.
Key responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, ensuring integration between SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM, and supporting the development of interfaces.
The candidate will also be involved in the technical implementation of SAP SuccessFactors EC and will continuously expand their expertise in relevant cloud technologies through training.
The ideal candidate should have significant experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in the Employee Central module, and preferably hold a relevant certification.
Experience in integrating and implementing SAP SuccessFactors EC into existing IT architectures is required.
Knowledge of SAP HCM is a plus.
Strong communication skills and analytical thinking are essential to ensure smooth project execution.
The role requires occasional travel for on-site customer engagements.
Proficiency in German and English is necessary.
