The company is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Developer (f/m/d) to join their team.
The role involves implementing, customizing, and integrating SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration, Payroll, Time Management, and Organizational Management.
The position requires seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based solutions.
Key responsibilities include advising on the transformation from HCM On-Premise to hybrid landscapes, focusing on SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
The candidate will also be responsible for technical development and implementation using ABAP, SAP UI5/Fiori, and other modern technologies.
They will work on enhancing the technical SAP HCM architecture, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless integration into S/4HANA environments.
The role involves developing solutions for SAP HCM, SAP Workzone, and SAP SuccessFactors within SAP CPI, SAP On-Premise, or SAP BTP.
End-to-end project management of SAP S/4HANA projects is also required.
Candidates should have a degree and at least two years of experience in SAP HCM development.
They should be passionate about holistic and integrative HR processes, new technologies, and digitalization.
Expertise in at least one focus area such as SAP ABAP, SAP UI5/Fiori, or SAP Cloud Platform Integration is required.
A structured, customer-oriented, and flexible work approach is essential.
The position offers full-time and part-time options, with 30 vacation days.
Proficiency in German and English is necessary, along with flexibility and willingness to travel.
