The company is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant specializing in SAP HANA SCM SD to join their team in Germany.
The role involves working at IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers, providing technical and industry expertise to clients in both public and private sectors.
Key responsibilities include advising clients on strategy, business processes, requirement analysis, solution design, and IT implementation, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Finance.
The consultant will utilize IBM’s methodologies for SAP S/4HANA projects, including IBM Rapid Discovery and various transformation approaches.
The role requires implementing complex business requirements using innovative technologies like the SAP Business Technology Platform.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least five years of experience in SAP sales or integration with marketing.
A minimum of three years of experience leading functional or project-oriented teams is also required.
Expertise in customizing the SAP SD module and experience with S/4HANA transformations for sales processes are essential.
The role involves preparing, conducting, and following up on workshops.
Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken, is necessary.
Knowledge of the retail and consumer packaged goods industries is preferred.
The position is based in multiple locations in Germany, including München, Magdeburg, Köln, and Frankfurt, with a hybrid work arrangement.
Some travel may be required.
The role is not commission-based and operates during general daytime hours.
