The company is seeking a Senior Manager for its SAP Technology team.
The role involves leading large-scale SAP implementation projects from strategy to deployment.
The candidate will build and maintain relationships with senior client leaders and oversee project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
Responsibilities include managing and mentoring engagement teams, driving business development activities, and developing innovative solutions.
The candidate will contribute to Deloitte’s thought leadership and industry eminence.
Applicants must have over 12 years of SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment.
They should have led at least five full-cycle SAP implementations as a Technical Lead, including S/4 HANA projects.
Experience managing teams of 50+ professionals on SAP transformation or integration projects is required.
Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC 6.0, and SAP BTP environments is essential.
The candidate should have delivered SAP solutions across at least three industries and integrated SAP with multiple third-party systems.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required, and the ability to travel up to 50% is necessary.
Preferred qualifications include prior experience at a Big 4 consulting firm and leading global SAP transformation projects.
Experience with SAP ASAP and Agile methodologies, managing senior-level client relationships, and presenting to executive stakeholders is advantageous.
The candidate should have experience with Signavio and/or Greenfield SAP implementations and have successfully migrated SAP ECC to S/4 HANA for at least one client.
Holding at least one current SAP certification and a master’s degree is preferred.
The salary range is $167,000 – $307,500, with potential eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program.
