They will provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and solutions tailored to the financial services industry, often serving as the Solution Architect on projects.
The role requires developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, analyzing business requirements, and translating them into technical specifications for SAP solutions.
Mentoring and developing junior team members is also a key responsibility.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP project delivery, focusing on financial services, is required.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of financial processes, regulations, and compliance requirements, along with proven experience in leading large-scale SAP implementations and transformations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential.
SAP certification(s) and experience with SAP Finance modules and full life cycle implementations are required.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with third-party systems is preferred.
