The company is seeking experienced consultants for the role of (Senior) Consultant SAP SuccessFactors HCM.
The position involves working on a range of tasks from requirement analysis, consulting, and design to the technical implementation of SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions.
Responsibilities include leading projects or parts of projects, managing specific topics, and implementing complete solutions or individual modules of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite.
The role also involves customizing configurations for clients, training key users, and participating in presales meetings with new and existing clients.
Additionally, the consultant will design and implement integration and migration scenarios.
Candidates should have significant project experience in designing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors HCM applications.
A current certification in at least one SAP SuccessFactors HCM module is required.
Proficiency in both German and English, strong communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach are essential.
The role requires independence, commitment, teamwork, and a willingness to travel based on project needs.
