The company is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager for SAP SuccessFactors based in Berlin, with the option to work nationwide.
The role involves consulting and implementing SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on modules like Employee Central, Time Management, and Recruiting/Onboarding.
The candidate will integrate these with SAP ERP and third-party systems, support data migration, and configure workflows.
They will also assist clients in adopting new technologies such as AI Agents for HR, conduct workshops and training, and manage stakeholders.
Mentoring junior consultants and potentially leading sub-projects are also part of the responsibilities.
Candidates should have at least three years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors, including configuration and customization.
Certification in at least one SuccessFactors module is required.
Project management skills in Agile/Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
A broad knowledge of HR Tech, experience with other HCM systems like Workday or Oracle HCM Cloud, and an interest in AI applications in HR are beneficial.
A strong understanding of HR processes, excellent advisory and communication skills, and proficiency in German (B2/C1) and English are essential.
