The role involves developing customized cloud solutions and providing long-term support to clients.
The engineer will act as a central link between SAP and clients, focusing on the Private Cloud Edition (PCE).
Key responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team to integrate technical requirements into the acquisition process, evaluating technical information to ensure optimal solutions, and managing customer onboarding and migration to the Private Cloud.
The engineer will also support existing clients with technical inquiries, conduct system checks, and perform S/4HANA upgrades and conversions.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
Expertise in SAP Basis is required, ideally with experience using the Software Update Manager (SUM) and system copies.
A solid understanding of network technology, including IP addresses, DNS, and certificates, is necessary.
Project management skills and proficiency in German (C2 level) and English (B2 level) are also required.
