The role involves supporting the SAP ByDesign cloud platform, focusing on incident resolution and process-related queries for German-speaking business users across Europe.
Key responsibilities include managing SAP-related incidents and service requests, communicating with end-users in German and English, coordinating issue resolution with technical teams, and documenting recurring issues according to ITIL best practices.
The analyst will also prepare support performance reports, contribute to service improvement ideas, and collaborate with global teams on cross-region requests.
Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in IT or application support, SAP end-user support, or business systems operations, ideally in an international or Shared Service Center environment.
A good understanding of SAP modules such as MM, SD, or FI is required, with experience in SAP ByDesign being a plus.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and excellent communication skills in both German and English are essential.
