The company is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Lead to join its HR Technology practice in Toronto.

This role is suitable for a Manager or Senior Consultant who excels at the intersection of HR strategy, employee experience, and digital enablement.

The successful candidate will lead onboarding engagements, helping clients deliver seamless and personalized onboarding journeys using SAP SuccessFactors.

Key responsibilities include partnering with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders to align onboarding strategies with business goals, facilitating workshops, and advising on best practices.

The role involves designing, configuring, and deploying SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding solutions, ensuring integration with Recruiting and Employee Central, and creating tailored onboarding workflows.

The candidate will apply design thinking to develop intuitive and engaging onboarding journeys, introduce innovations like mobile onboarding, and continuously improve processes through analytics.

Project delivery responsibilities include managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications, as well as supporting testing, training, and change enablement activities.

The role requires mentoring junior consultants and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Essential skills include a strong understanding of onboarding processes, hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, and proficiency in system configuration and integration.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, and at least five years of experience in HR technology consulting with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding certification is preferred, along with experience working with global clients and distributed teams.
