The company is seeking a Senior Manager with extensive expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll to join its HR Technology practice in Toronto.
The role involves leading complex, multi-country payroll implementations and managing senior stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence.
Key responsibilities include acting as the primary advisor to HR and Payroll leaders, leading client workshops, and translating business goals into scalable payroll solutions.
The candidate will oversee full-cycle implementations, including configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
The role also involves owning the end-to-end payroll solution design and driving continuous improvement in payroll accuracy and automation.
The Senior Manager will manage cross-functional teams, maintain project timelines, and ensure delivery meets contractual obligations.
Additionally, the candidate will lead and mentor payroll consultants and support payroll transformation and user adoption.
Required skills include deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, strong understanding of global payroll processes, and proven experience in leading large-scale implementations.
The candidate must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting and a minimum of three full-cycle implementations.
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification is required. Experience with SAP Time Management or third-party payroll engines is preferred.
