The company is seeking a Manager for the role of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead & Employee Central Time Lead in Toronto.
The position involves leading complex SAP SuccessFactors implementations, focusing on Employee Central and Time Management.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary advisor for implementations, translating business requirements into scalable solutions, and leading client workshops.
The role also involves overseeing full-cycle implementations, ensuring integration with payroll and third-party systems, and owning the end-to-end solution design.
The manager will manage cross-functional delivery teams, maintain project timelines, and ensure compliance with regulations.
They will also lead and mentor consultants, enforce accountability, and promote continuous learning.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, strong project management skills, and experience leading large-scale HRIS implementations.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 8 years of consulting experience and 3 full-cycle implementations.
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is necessary.
Additional qualifications include certification in Employee Central Time and experience with SAP Payroll or Kronos.
