The company is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join its Human Capital HR Transformation team in Thessaloniki.
The role involves delivering international and multinational projects by implementing various SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Performance Management.
The consultant will lead teams, provide coaching, and conduct client meetings to analyze business requirements and resolve gaps.
They will also develop end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions, provide functional and technical requirements for integrations, and assist in writing technical documentation.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or Business Administration, and professional experience as a system administrator using SAP SuccessFactors.
Experience in agile development environments and knowledge of agile methodologies like Scrum are required.
Proficiency in Office tools and technical tools such as HTML, JSON, and APIs is essential.
Strong leadership skills and fluency in English are necessary.
Preferred candidates will have over 1.5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience in at least four end-to-end implementation projects and SAP SuccessFactors certification.
Experience in a consulting firm is also advantageous.
