The company is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll Consultant for a full-time position in Sacramento, California.
The consultant will assist clients in identifying and documenting requirements for data conversion, migration, and systems integration between legacy systems and SAP SuccessFactors.
Key responsibilities include performing technical assessments, creating project roadmaps, and developing implementation blueprints.
The consultant will configure SuccessFactors modules, identify process efficiencies, and build strong client relationships.
Additional duties involve conducting research, data analysis, report creation, and proposal development.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and over seven years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
Certification as an Associate level in one or more SAP SuccessFactors/HCM modules is required, or candidates must have only Delta training remaining.
Experience in technical assessments for data migration and integration is essential.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office products and the ability to facilitate technical workshops.
Up to 40% travel is expected, and candidates must obtain and maintain required clearance.
Preferred qualifications include experience with at least two full life-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and experience in government agency environments.
