The company is seeking an SAP Service Consultant for a hybrid role based in Atlanta, US.
The consultant will design and configure solutions within SAP S/4HANA Service and Extended Service Parts Planning (eSPP).
Key responsibilities include supporting service processes for in-house repairs and field services related to energy devices, designing solutions for service orders, and ensuring integration with logistics, MM, SD, and FI modules.
The role involves SAP S/4HANA Service transformations from old CS processes and designing templates for global rollout, with Brazil as a pilot region.
The consultant will conduct customer workshops and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout all implementation phases, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in SAP CS/S/4HANA Service, with specific knowledge of S/4HANA preferred.
Experience in repair order management, service contracts, warranties, and preventive maintenance is required.
Familiarity with SAP Field Service Management (FSM) or eSPP is desirable.
A strong understanding of integration points with SAP SD, MM, WM/EWM, and FI is necessary.
The candidate should be able to lead workshops, conduct training, and support change management activities.
