The role is responsible for supporting the project team in planning, controlling, and monitoring projects, as well as designing processes for implementations.
It also involves analyzing customer needs, customizing, creating and maintaining project documents, implementing IT solutions, monitoring project progress, and coordinating project meetings and workshops.
The position requires experience in SAP CX/CRM, customer orientation, initiative, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, structured work approach, teamwork, and communication skills.
