Key responsibilities include developing and executing test strategies, collaborating with business users and technical teams, and managing test teams both onshore and offshore.
The candidate will oversee different test phases such as Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Regression Testing.
They will also manage the defect resolution process and ensure integration testing across various SAP modules and external interfaces.
The role requires the use of test management tools like HP ALM, Jira, Solution Manager, or Tricentis Tosca, and involves providing regular updates and risk assessments to project leadership.
Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in SAP SD Testing, including at least 2 years in a Test Manager or Lead role.
They must possess in-depth knowledge of SAP SD processes such as order-to-cash, pricing, shipping, billing, returns, and credit management.
Strong expertise in test management tools and familiarity with SAP integration to MM, FI, and third-party systems are essential.
The role requires excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
The ability to manage multiple testing streams simultaneously and ensure quality deliverables is crucial.
