The company is seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead complex global SAP projects at their Carlsbad, CA office.
The role requires 10-12 years of project management experience, specifically in managing multiple global SAP implementations.
The candidate must have a strong understanding of SAP functional modules, such as SD, MM, and FI, to effectively oversee cross-functional teams and ensure project success.
Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA projects, coordinating with global functional teams and stakeholders, and monitoring project progress, budgets, risks, and issues.
The Project Manager will also serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, providing strategic direction and ensuring adherence to SAP best practices.
Professional skills required include a proven track record in managing large-scale global SAP implementations, experience in the retail, sports goods, or AFS domains, and a PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Experience with distributed global teams and familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies are also desired.
