The company is seeking a Senior Manager/Director for the role of SAP Record to Report Lead within its Technology Consulting Advisory team in Dublin.
The candidate will provide leadership and functional consulting on SAP S4/HANA Finance projects.
Key responsibilities include developing project strategies to address complex technical challenges, leading Record to Report areas such as Financial Accounting and Consolidation, and managing large projects by developing teams and assessing engagement risks.
The role involves shaping and delivering projects to meet client expectations and influencing the use of automation.
Candidates should have significant experience in SAP ECC FICO and S4/HANA Finance Consulting, with knowledge of best practices in GL Accounting, Period End Close, Fixed Assets, Consolidation, and Intercompany.
Experience in Treasury and Tax Compliance, statutory requirements, and end-to-end implementations in SAP projects is required.
The candidate should possess skills in process design and improvement, team leadership, and stakeholder management.
An accounting background or qualification is beneficial but not essential.
