The company is seeking an SAP Program/Project Manager (m/f/d) for full-time or part-time positions in Continental Europe.
The role involves leading one or two projects within a global program, with full responsibility for the project’s schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
Key responsibilities include calculating all aspects of project development and execution, managing project resources, creating and maintaining detailed project plans, and working closely with the PMO to track and control project activities.
The manager will also mentor project members, anticipate project deviations, and develop corrective measures.
Candidates should have a detailed understanding of the SAP Activate Methodology and experience with SAP in project cycles.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and motivate others.
The role requires the ability to guide project members, achieve consensus, make decisions, and solve problems under pressure.
Proficiency in English and at least one other language, preferably German, is required.
A willingness to travel up to 50% of the time is expected.
