The company is seeking a SAP Principal Consultant for SAP CO projects, open to all genders, to join their team in various locations or work in a hybrid model.
The role involves advising clients on their transition to S/4HANA and beyond, implementing new business processes, optimizing existing ones, and managing migrations and release changes in the SAP CO area.
The consultant will design and implement desired functionalities in SAP systems, lead CO consulting projects independently, and provide knowledge transfer, support, and coaching to team members and junior consultants.
Additionally, the role includes supporting the pre-sales team with technical inquiries and client interactions.
Candidates should have at least six years of experience in process and implementation consulting for SAP Finance solutions, ideally including SAP S/4HANA.
Expertise in management accounting (CO) introductions or conversion projects is required.
Deep knowledge of CO modules such as product costing, profitability analysis, and material costing is essential.
A strong understanding of business processes in controlling, a structured work approach, customer service orientation, and proficiency in German (C1 level) and good English skills are necessary.
