The company is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management Solution (LMS).
The role involves demonstrating expertise in SuccessFactors LMS and SaaS implementation to guide and consult on best practices.
The consultant will analyze customer requirements and recommend solutions based on software functionality.
Key responsibilities include maintaining senior-level knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, collaborating with sales and product development teams, and supporting implementations with HR business process and technical knowledge.
The consultant will also educate customers on employee data and technical requirements and support go-live and post-go-live efforts.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and over five years of related experience, including at least four full-cycle implementations, preferably with SuccessFactors.
A deep understanding of industry-specific business processes and certification in SAP SuccessFactors Learning module is required.
Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Activate Cloud methodology and experience in requirements gathering and development are essential.
Strong communication skills are necessary to liaise between technical developers and end users.
The ability to create professional relationships with clients and experience with government regulations, including Accessibility Compliance, is preferred.
U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance are mandatory.
The role may require travel up to 50%, depending on customer location.
The compensation range for this position is $107,300 to $182,500, depending on various factors such as education, skills, and experience.
