The company is seeking an SAP NS2 S/4HANA Manufacturing, PEO/CAMS Principal Consultant to deliver secure solutions for U.S. Aerospace and Department of Defense clients.
The candidate must have extensive expertise in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Production Engineering and Operations (PEO), with practical experience in deploying PEO and CAMS in complex manufacturing settings.
Key responsibilities include managing Project Systems, Materials Management, Production Planning, Quality Management, and Inventory Management.
Experience in Engineering Change Management, Variant Configuration, and Model-Unit Effectivity is essential.
Candidates must have prior experience in Aerospace or Defense environments and must be U.S. citizens.
The role requires knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA Manufacturing components, including Project Systems, Materials Management, Production Planning, Quality Management, and Inventory Management.
Experience with SAP CAMS or PEO and deploying PEO in manufacturing organizations using various production strategies is necessary.
The candidate should have experience configuring PEO for complex assembly and deploying Model-Unit Effectivity, Variant Configuration, Production Planning, and Quality Management.
Prior hands-on experience with Engineering Change Management functions is critical.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of Production Engineering and Operations functionality in SAP S/4 and experience with Change Impact Analysis capability in PEO.
Experience with converting EBOM to MBOM using PEO and defining master data is required.
A high-level understanding of Machine Learning and AI for process improvement is beneficial.
The candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technologies, or equivalent experience is required, along with 10+ years of experience.
SAP and professional certifications are desired.
The position is based in Herndon, VA, with expected travel ranging from 0-50%.
