The company is seeking an SAP HANA Data Modeler for an onsite position in Ft. Meade, Maryland.
The candidate must have an active TS SCI with Polygraph Clearance and be a U.S. citizen.
The role involves developing dimensional and transactional calculated views in SAP HANA, evaluating source data systems, and creating scalable data models.
Responsibilities include optimizing logical and metadata models, performance tuning, and collaborating with data owners and scientists.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of HANA architecture and other business intelligence suites like COGNOS and Informatica.
They must be able to analyze business needs and translate them into long-term data models.
Experience with relational databases, SAP HANA studio, and reporting tools such as Microsoft PowerBI and Tableau is required.
Familiarity with SAP S4/HANA CDS Views, ABAP programming, SQL skills, and SDLC methodologies like Agile and Waterfall is essential.
Experience with Smart Data Access, Smart Data Integration, and cloud tools is advantageous.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required, along with professional certifications.
