The company is seeking a SAP GTS Functional Analyst to join its Centre of Excellence in Montréal, Canada.
The role involves supporting and enhancing SAP GTS and Logistics modules to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities include providing expertise in SAP GTS and Logistics modules, building relationships with business users, and supporting project prioritization.
The analyst will participate in project planning, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
They will collaborate with Application Management Services and other partners for application maintenance and project delivery.
The role requires leading design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring accurate capture of business requirements, and developing functional specifications and documentation.
The analyst will also conduct peer reviews, stay informed on emerging SAP functionalities, and manage the transition from project delivery to support teams.
Additional duties include resolving complex application issues, supporting SAP Business Advisors, and contributing to end-user training and change management efforts.
Candidates should have a university degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields, with hands-on SAP configuration experience in SAP GTS.
Familiarity with S4 HANA processes and general knowledge of SAP Logistics modules is preferred.
Experience with compliance management, customs management, and risk/trade preference management packages is required.
The role demands strong training and knowledge-sharing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and adaptability to evolving business environments.
Bilingual proficiency in French and English is necessary.
Knowledge of UML, database queries, Agile methodology, ETL, interfaces, APIs, and microservices is advantageous.
