The company is seeking an SAP Fieldglass Consultant to join their team in Zuid-Holland, Netherlands.
The role involves defining, implementing, and maintaining innovative Fieldglass solutions for international clients.
The consultant will integrate these solutions with ERP systems like SAP and act as a partner and advisor to clients.
Key responsibilities include motivating teams, generating new business opportunities, and working on SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
Candidates should have a completed HBO or WO degree in IT, Business Administration, or Logistics.
A minimum of four years of recent experience as an SAP Fieldglass Consultant is required.
Extensive knowledge of SAP Fieldglass modules, including Contingent Workforce Management and Services Procurement Management, is essential.
Experience in integrating SAP Fieldglass with other ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC is necessary.
The ability to configure SAP Fieldglass workflows and user roles is also required.
Applicants must possess a Dutch passport due to a screening process and have excellent Dutch language skills (C1 level).
Proficiency in English is a plus.
Experience in coaching junior consultants is desirable.
An analytical mindset and a willingness to stay updated on industry developments are important.
A SAP Fieldglass certification is preferred, or candidates should be willing to obtain it.
