C5MI is seeking an SAP EWM/TM Operations Consultant to join their team.
The role involves optimizing warehouse and transportation processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
The consultant will identify system and process gaps within SAP EWM and TM and develop sustainable solutions.
Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders is essential to capture requirements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
The consultant will create user-friendly desk guides and SOPs, deliver training to frontline associates, and facilitate communication across all organizational levels.
Responsibilities also include supporting configuration, functional testing, and post-go-live efforts, as well as providing change management support.
The role requires travel to client sites up to 50% of the time.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies is required.
U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a government security clearance are mandatory.
Desired qualifications include 5+ years of SAP Functional experience, particularly in EWM and TM modules, and previous client-facing consulting experience.
Strong analytical skills, process mapping proficiency, and excellent communication skills are essential.
The salary range for this position is $122,000 – $160,000 annually, with benefits including health insurance, a wellness benefit, unlimited paid time off, and a retirement savings plan.
