The company is seeking an experienced SAP Customer Success Manager to join their consulting team in Hamburg, Munich, or Waiblingen near Stuttgart.
The role involves managing medium-sized clients post-SAP S/4HANA implementation to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
The manager will collaborate with the consulting team to introduce new topics from the Innovabee or SAP portfolio to existing clients.
Responsibilities include creating company-specific presentations, organizing workshops, and supporting clients and the consulting team in optimization projects from conception to client approval.
The manager will also lead internal consulting teams in executing client projects and serve as a subject matter expert for colleagues on the Innovabee and SAP portfolio.
Candidates should have a degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, social sciences, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience as an SAP Consultant or Project Manager with a focus on supply chain processes or finance and controlling is required.
Experience in leading and organizing projects is advantageous.
Ideal candidates will have knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, strong process and customer orientation, and excellent communication skills.
Fluency in German (C2 level) and English (B2 level) is necessary.
