The company is seeking an SAP AMS Client Delivery Manager Subcontractor based in Florida, United States.
The role involves managing day-to-day SAP application managed services support for multiple customers.
The candidate will utilize consulting and service delivery management skills to ensure high-quality support and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include managing support needs for assigned customers, building relationships with key stakeholders, and conducting new customer onboarding.
The role also involves maintaining customer-specific change control procedures, ticket triage, resource management, and invoice management.
The candidate will work closely with all necessary parties to ensure the success of the AMS support practice and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
They will oversee the quality of deliverables, manage executive-level client relationships, and lead and develop junior staff.
The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of IT management experience and 5 years of leadership experience managing mid to large-sized teams.
Experience with SAP implementation or support for small and midsize enterprises is preferred.
The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, including presentation, communication, facilitation, and leadership abilities.
They should be able to work independently, guide clients, and understand business processes.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.
An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
The position allows for a home office setup with occasional travel to customer sites.
