They will act as a liaison between business and IT and mentor junior consultants.
Candidates should have excellent knowledge of the SAP CX portfolio, especially SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud.
They must demonstrate strong customer orientation, the ability to work independently, and quickly understand complex requirements.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP CX projects is required, along with consulting expertise in Sales & Service Cloud.
Flexibility, willingness to travel, and fluency in German and English are essential.
