The role involves implementing SAP Business One for new clients and customizing existing solutions.
Responsibilities include data migration using MS-Excel, developing client-specific requirements in collaboration with the internal development team, and testing the system with client-specific processes.
The consultant will also support existing clients and conduct SAP Business One user training sessions.
Candidates should have several years of experience in consulting for business solutions, preferably with SAP Business One.
A completed university degree or a well-completed IT systems management apprenticeship is required.
Proficiency in Transact-SQL and an understanding of the challenges and processes of small to medium-sized enterprises are essential.
Experience in telephone customer support, strong communication and social skills, and a customer and service-oriented mindset are necessary.
Good to very good English skills and a Class B driver’s license are also required.
