The company is seeking a SAP ABAP Consultant to join its SAP team.
The role involves participating in SAP implementation projects, roll-outs, and migrations from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.
The consultant will also provide support and development for existing systems.
Key responsibilities include analyzing functional specifications, creating technical specifications, and developing or adapting custom objects such as reports and interfaces.
The consultant will conduct unit testing and support functional consultants during integration testing.
Post go-live support tasks include fixing custom objects, applying OSS notes and patches, and enhancing custom objects for new requirements.
Candidates should have strong knowledge and experience in procedural and object-oriented programming.
Familiarity with SAP Standard adaptations like BADI, exits, and enhancements is required.
Experience with interfaces such as XML, DBF, Excel, IDOC, and BAPI is essential.
The role also requires skills in reporting using ALV, Smartforms, and SAP Scripts, as well as web services, debugging, and optimization.
Experience with various SAP ERP modules like SD, MM, FI, PP, and PM is necessary.
Knowledge of SAP ISU is also required.
Experience in SAP UI5/Fiori and SAP MCF development is advantageous.
