The role involves handling customer inquiries through a ticket system, phone, and email.
The specialist will provide initial solutions for standard issues and escalate complex cases.
They will document all processes accurately in the ticket system and assist in training and supporting end-users of the cloud software.
The position also requires monitoring and addressing interface issues related to SAP HCM, Cloud Connector, and SuccessFactors.
Candidates should be familiar with basic HR processes and systems, particularly SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
A foundational understanding of SAP BTP and its integration into cloud environments is necessary.
General IT knowledge, especially in cloud software and interface management, is required.
Experience in IT support, preferably in a similar setting, is essential.
Strong communication skills in German and English are needed, along with a customer-oriented and analytical mindset.
Empathy, teamwork, and resilience are important traits for this role.
Detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors and SAP HCM is a plus.
Certifications in IT support and cloud technologies, as well as experience with ITIL processes, are desirable.
